Australian comedian Celeste Barber has gained worldwide fame — and 8.9 million followers — thanks to her body-positive Instagram posts, which she says "stemmed from insecurities." But the 40-year-old, who only reads the positive comments, admits the amazing feedback has helped her confidence: "I do have to be like, ‘Remember, you're selling body positivity. Start buying what you're selling… all bodies are beautiful!’"
